Vegetable or Canola Oil, 1 Tablespoon
Foodland Prepared Italian Sausage, 1 Package
Red Potatoes, 6 Potatoes
Bell Pepper, 1 Pepper
Mae Ploy Sweet Thai Chile Sauce, 2 Ounces
Cilantro, 1 Teaspoon
Salt & Pepper, to taste

- 1 tablespoon Vegetable or Canola Oil
- 1 package Foodland Prepared Italian Sausage, diced
- 6 medium red potatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 ounces Mae Ploy Sweet Thai Chile Sauce
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in saucepan, add sausage and potatoes and cover and cook until potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes).
- Add bell peppers and continue to cook until tender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add sweet Thai chile sauce and simmer until sauce thicketns (about 2 minutes).
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
